The top 3 questions we get asked about our gift vouchers are:

Question: Does the gift voucher expire?
Answer: The recipient of the voucher has 6 months to redeem their tuition voucher – as explained in the Terms (and this is also printed on the voucher).

Question: How long will it take for the voucher to be processed and sent?
Answer: Vouchers are normally processed the same day and sent by 1st Class post. If the voucher must be received urgently, we can provide a digital copy by email the same day – simply contact us to request this.

Question: Are the gift vouchers personalised?
Answer: Yes, the voucher will have the recipient’s name printed on it and it will show the length of the drum course and any optional extras such as free drum sticks that have been gifted. Further customisation such as a personal message can be added on request.
