The ethos at Elephant Drums is based on unlocking creativity and enhancing the natural ability for making rhythm that is inside everyone. All lessons are individually tailored to suit the specific aims of each drum student.
We offer great rates for drumming courses and discounts for new students when they book their introductory lesson.
Introductory lesson
For beginners, we offer a special ‘Give It A Go’ introductory lesson at a discount rate which provides a great opportunity to try out drumming and see if it is the thing for them.
Any new student of any level of ability is welcome to take advantage of the introductory discount too, it is not exclusively for total beginners. Drummers who want to brush up on a few core skills, or advanced players looking for new creative inspiration and technical challenges are also welcome. There is no age limit for starting to play drums.
About Us
Elephant Drums is located in south-central London, close to Kennington and Elephant & Castle. Our location page has details for getting to the studio by public transport, car, bicycle or on foot.
Elephant Drums is also able to provide tuition at other locations throughout London and the surrounding counties, via the Drumming Teacher Network.

Drum Lessons and Courses
We offer a range of options for drum tuition, from private one-to-one lessons to a course of lessons for up to one year. We offer the Drumming Tuition Passport as a way of spreading the cost of tuition over a year.
