The Rhythm for Life drumming workshops take place on the last Tuesday of the month.

24 April, 29 May, 26 June

(Last Tuesday of the month) 3pm to 4.30pm

Rhythmical activities such as drumming can have a positive impact on health. It can help regulate emotions, reduce anxiety and stress levels, whilst increasing a sense of connection and well-being. Workshop leader, Ruairi Glasheen will explore how the drum allows everyone regardless of age or ability to explore rhythms and to have fun.

All instruments will be provided and no experience is necessary.

Please note that this event will take place on the first floor and access is only available by stairs.
