Meet the team!
Alex Riccardi
Alex is a passionate drummer and highly experienced drum teacher. He has performed with a myriad of musicians in amazing venues all across Europe for the last 25 years. He loves to share his passion for the drums and his wealth of experience with his drum students.

Adam Teixeira
Adam Teixeira is a drummer and percussionist from Toronto in Canada. His extensive experience(s) in jazz and world music have led to many opportunities to travel around the globe to perform, study and teach music.

Harrison Moore
Harrison developed his skills in big band drumming, and honed his technique in the drum corps. He has a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. Students always make great improvements, yet have lots of fun under Harrison’s guidance and tutorship.

Will Connor
Will has taught 100s of students from beginner to advanced level in the past 15 years. Will is a dynamic and expressive drummer, who likes to combine elements of many styles of music into his playing. His teaching reflects his multi-discipline approach and he encourages improvisation and experimentation to help his students unlock their creativity.

Joe Ryan
Joe is a London drummer and teacher who enjoys playing across many genres from rock to electro to jazz (and everything between). Joe has been playing for over 25 years and teaching for the last ten years.

Dan Peranic
Dan studied at Drumtech in London where he won the coveted Top Performer award. He has appeared on the CD cover Rhythm Magazine and his work to date includes Atlantic records, Interscope records, TV adverts and appearances on various shows.

Fred McLaren
Fred’s teaching focuses on the application of techniques in live performance. In his lessons he looks to prepare budding drummers for a career in music as well as equip them with a good knowledge of the history of their chosen instrument.

Tom Ainsworth
Tom has more than 10 years of experience, having studied with some phenomenal drummers, and providing him with a range of playing and teaching techniques.

Zoe Konez
Zoe is a workshop leader and project coordinator. As a multi-instrumentalist, she is well-placed to advise on all aspects of performing in a band, from songwriting to stage skills. Zoe delivers the JamSocial workshops and Band Builder Sessions with the other members of the team at Elephant Drums.

Nick Roberts
Nick studied drums at The Academy of Contemporary Music graduating with a Ba Hons Degree in music performance. Since ACM, Nick has worked extensively in London with both major label artists (Universal and Rough Trade) and unsigned bands alongside a busy teaching and recording schedule.

Tomas Garcia
Tomas is an experienced and enthusiastic drum teacher, having taught for more than 15 years both privately and in music teaching institutions.

Bob Kessels
Bob teaches with lots of joy and dedication and loves helping drummers of all ages to develop on their instrument.
