Thursdays at 8PM
Grab your drums, pots, pans, buckets and utensils and make some noise for our heroes in the NHS and all key workers
Clap For Carers
For every NHS worker, every carer, every delivery driver, every key worker. Thank you so much for what you are doing. We applaud you! But as drummers we can go one step further. All us drummers will be out there on our doorsteps and at our windows, making that extra bit of noise to show our appreciation.
A simple rhythm to bang out!
Want to get your street clapping and banging their drums to a rhythm? Try this, it's super-simple and everyone can play it.
Words are optional! Make up a chant to go along with your rhythm and bang it out along with all your neighbours.
We're based in London, UK... so to our website visitors from outside the UK, 'NHS' means our National Health Service - it's a pretty big deal over here. Surely you heard of it, right? It's brilliant and everyone that works in it is a hero. 🙂
If your neighbours in your street really get into this, you could develop the idea further and set up a doorstep drum band and get more adventurous with the rhythms.
Drum lessons during the Coronavirus crisis lockdown

Keep safe everyone and see you online! We will drum our way through this together.
Please see the update about the impact of Covid-19 on drum lessons.
