Question: Does the gift voucher expire?
Answer: The recipient of the voucher has a full 12 months from the date shown on the voucher before it expires. The majority of people use their voucher within the first few weeks of receiving it, but the validity is up to a year to provide flexibility and to allow for different circumstances.
Question: How do I book drum lessons using a voucher?

Question: I've got a free "Drum Pass" - what does this mean?
Answer: The Drum Pass is the name for exclusive benefits to supplement the drum lessons. The key features are explained on the Drum Pass page of the website. After redeeming a gift voucher the recipient will have the option to set up a free Drum Pass.
Question: I didn't use my voucher within a year, can I still redeem it?
Answer: There's a full 12 month period in which to use the voucher before it expires. After a voucher expires, we'll allow a little bit of headroom for unforeseen events which might have prevented the recipient from using the voucher within a year. Please contact us with the reason you didn't use it within a year and we'll do our best to sort something out for you. Unused voucher lessons get donated to a good cause or charity that we support so expired vouchers are not wasted.
Question: What happens if I want to continue drum lessons after the gift voucher has been used?
Answer: Lessons would usually continue with the same teacher at the same location. Drummers wishing to continue taking lessons might like to check out the Drum Pass to receive a big discount for ongoing lessons, along with other benefits.
